How do I add a new activity?
Tap the “+” button in the top right corner of the main screen, enter your activity title, choose a category, and set the last done date.
How do I mark an activity as done today?
Long press on any activity, then select “Mark as Done Today”.
Can I edit or delete activities?
Yes. Long press → “Edit” to change details, or delete from the edit screen.
How do I change the app's appearance?
In Settings (gear icon), choose between light/dark themes, accent colours, and sorting options.
What do the different time formats mean?
Settings → choose “Months” or “Years” format (e.g., “16 months ago” vs “1 year ago”).
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No, all data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I backup or sync my data?
Not currently. iCloud sync/export may be added in future updates.
Troubleshooting
App is running slowly
- Close and reopen the app
- Restart your device
- Update to the latest iOS
- If it persists, contact support
Activities aren't saving
- Ensure you tap “Save” after editing
- Check device storage
- Restart the app
Statistics aren't updating
- Stats update when you mark activities as done
- Switch tabs to refresh
- If incorrect, email support with details
